Exam Integrity Policy
Effective: 2026 · Level 10 Investments LLC
Purpose
NCFET credentials are issued based on demonstrated knowledge. The value of an NCFET credential depends on the integrity of the examination and certification process. Exam integrity violations undermine public trust and the safety of the industry. This policy applies to all chapter quizzes, final certification exams, renewal exams, and specialty endorsement exams.
Integrity Agreement
Before beginning any exam, all participants must agree to the following: "I confirm that I will complete this exam independently using only my own knowledge. I will not share exam questions, answers, or content with any other person. I will not seek outside assistance during the exam. I understand that violations will result in immediate disqualification and may result in credential revocation."
Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing exam questions, answer choices, or correct answers with any other person in any format.
- Using notes, books, internet searches, or AI tools during a closed-book final exam.
- Having another person complete an exam on your behalf.
- Recording, photographing, or copying exam content.
- Circumventing attempt limits or retake delays through account manipulation.
- Submitting false identity information to access an exam.
- Posting exam content to any public or private forum, website, or communication channel.
Consequences
- Immediate invalidation of the affected exam attempt.
- Suspension of exam access for a defined period.
- Permanent revocation of any NCFET credentials held.
- Permanent account ban.
- Legal action in cases of material damage to NCFET or the credential system.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of exam integrity violations, please report them confidentially to support@ncfet.com. NCFET takes all integrity reports seriously and investigates reported violations.
Exam Security Measures
NCFET uses question randomization, answer-order randomization, question pool sampling, attempt logging, and IP tracking to protect exam integrity. Unusual patterns may trigger manual review. NCFET reserves the right to require supervised exam retakes in cases of suspected integrity concerns.
